The project consisted of an existing Wendy’s, that had extreme site modifications completed to allow for a dual drive thru system, and complete exterior/ interior finishes with new MEP’s for the Wendy’s Next Generation type building. The interior and exterior finishes and some structural areas of the building were demolished, and had all new framing in areas with a complete new layout with all new finishes and MEP’s. The site was extensively changed to accommodate a new dual drive thru, relocation of the dumpster enclosure and repaved to accommodate the new layout. The complexity of this project was the time of year in Michigan, and the new Next Gen prototype store, only the second one built in Michigan. The project was completed on time and was successfully turned over to the owner for operation.
