The project was a new build ground up with a complete sitework package on a vacant plot of land part of a larger commercial development. The project was a standard KFC prototype, but what made the build unique is this project was built after covid and during the extreme material shortages. The project was still completed on time in 4 months, even with extreme material and manpower shortages throughout the United States.
