The project was a Typical Exterior/Interior remodel. The project included a 2 day kitchen shutdown with a 3 week shutdown of the dining room only so the drive thru could remain open for service. A major challenge to the project was its remote locations in Maine, causing material delivery challenges and contractor challenges, without this affecting the schedule and quality.
